Our approach

We understand that some people may need more help than others, but we feel that the key to our services success is that we will always consider the needs and wishes of our service users when designing our Supported Living Schemes first. Our person centered approach to planning services means each person receives support that is fully tailored to their needs. In this approach we consider a person’s care needs, skills, interests and goals as well as their education, work, leisure social or financial areas of life.
